Own your beauty, those things that you uniquely love and do more of them. This one thing is probably the most important thing you can do on the planet. You are meant to manifest those things that you love.
Know your stories, those thoughts and habitual mind patterns that stop the flow of love. Be like the great lion protecting her cub, protect your love.
Catch thoughts, food, people, TV, gossip, words, energy that stop the flow. Quietly attend to doing something different - don't make a big deal out of it.
Try to live moments in your life with an open heart. If someone is angry at you, try not to react as much or at all. Be the Change you want to see in the world. Gandhi had it right.

Break the illusions of fear. With everything you got slow down as someone talks to you. Feel them, be with them. BE in the present moment for we know now it is the biggest gift and yet we have to practice it with each other.
Love your intention, your willingness, your prayer, your affirmation,your effort to trust love. Laugh at yourself a lot. When you get caught in the anger, in the fear, in the confusion, in the doubt, laugh alittle.
Loving our imperfections is the highest love of all. Collective fear has too long taken the juice, the fun, the beauty, the goofiness out of our extraordinary lives. We are the tipping point, look around you. We can do this, with enough people earnestly living this truth. We can be, heck, we are the change the world has been waiting for. 1.During the day When you feel tension, notice it, breath it in. If there are any accompanying negative thoughts release it them. Breath in love. 2. When you get a compliment, gift, support, a penny receive it. Learn the art of receiving. 3. Everyone and especially, yourself, forgive. 4. Imagine whoever and whatever issue is worrying you and imagine them or the issue working out perfectly. You do not have to know the details. 5. During the day breathe in the thought that you are amazing and imagine every area of your life going superbly. 6. Release any thing you do not want. I release the need and or the pattern in me to be tired, lonely, angry, not enough, poor, unloved ect. Then repeat #5 again.
